HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?

1. Start the Process

Fill in our custom jewelry form to begin. Click "Customize Your Piece" or visit this page to submit your details.

 

2. Receive a Quote

A jeweler from our team will review your submission and respond with a quote within 12-24 hours.

 

3. Downpayment for Design

After accepting our quote, we require a $100 downpayment for the 3D Mock-up (CAD Design), which our design team will create and deliver within 24-48 hours after payment. Purchase the CAD design here. Note: This amount will be deducted from the final payment.

 

4. Unlimited Revisions

You can request as many revisions as needed until the design is perfect.

 

5. Final Payment

Once you're happy with the design, we'll ask for the remaining amount (total cost minus the downpayment).

 

6. Production Begins

After receiving the full payment, production starts immediately and

takes about 2-4 weeks. During this time, we can send you updates with pictures and videos of your piece being made, upon request.

 

7. Shipping Your Order

When your custom jewelry is ready, we'll ship it via insured FedEx Express within approximately 4 business days. It arrives in a custom leather jewelry box, adding an extra touch of elegance.

Side Notes

Existing CAD Designs: If you already have a CAD design, just fill in the custom jewelry form. We'll provide a quote within 24 hours. If you agree with the quote, full payment can be made and we'll start working on your piece right away.
